"Just wanted to check in and give you some feedback on how customer service could be improved at the dealership....OK....here goes.....ummmm.....I can't think of anything, nothing, nada, zilch...... ;-) Seriously now, from the beginning to the end, that was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!!! Bruce, Ken, and Alan were all excellent to deal with! Coming to a price agreement online with Audrey, combined with the service at the dealership, I couldn't be more pleased. To top it off everyone to a tee, reassured me to contact them anytime if I had any problems or questions. So I guess if I had a problem there it would be....too many people wanting to help me, what a problem to have!
