I was in an accident on a Tuesday afternoon and my Trailblazer was totaled. I loved my Trailblazer and was prepared to buy a Traverse, so I went to a dealership and test drove one on a Friday evening. I would have purchased that car that night but the sales staff was too busy. I still could not get a return phone call from a salesperson the following Saturday. I did some more internet shopping and inquired about the Cadillac SRX at Donovan's. I received a prompt reply....ON A SUNDAY! The pricing I received sounded good so I arranged to meet with Bruce, the sales manager at Donovan's, during my lunch hour the following day. Bruce also showed me the Acadia. It looked great and I drove it and I loved it. Bruce was able to quickly give me a price with all the excellent incentives and we had an agreement. I was able to get back to work and I was able to pick up my new Acadia after work that evening. All told I invested 2 hours of my time and got a great deal!
