10/10 from customer service to getting my vehicle back earlier than expected

Quick and friendly experience

I called on Monday with a one bad battery in my diesel pickup and was able to come in that morning for a replacement. It was warranty work and GM would only replace the one bad battery. The recommended action is to replace both batteries on a diesel engine when one is bad. I can only assume GM only practices that recommendation when it’s the customer paying for parts.

Mike Caster was great to work with. He understood I did not want to spend my entire day in the dealership and he worked to make that happen. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. fast friendly service

I had a coupon for $25 or $40 off an oil change. I told the service rep I wanted to use the $40 coupon for a Mobil One oil change. After the service was complete and I was paying I noticed they did not use Mobil One. At that point it was too late to receive the requested service. They did give me credit for the $25 coupon.

I had a leak in a tire and it was close to oil change time. I got both done in the morning at the same time. Thanks guys, Richard
