Took Acadia in on a Friday at less than 2000 miles. Purchased in October 2022, already had a leak dealing with thermostat. Told had to order part, be in the following Wednesday, called told part was on back order and they would call me. Never heard so on Tuesday 10 days after original appointment, I called. Was told "Sorry, I , Alex, forgot to call me., but we could fix on Thursday two days later. That day, weather was bad, but I was told it would be fixed that day. Got a call in the afternoon and told me they could not fix that day and I would have to come back the next day. So, I took it back in on Friday, told them I would like to pick up by noon, and was told they would try. They called me at 11:45 and told me it was done, but they did not pick me up until around 12:30 , so it was after 1 when I got my Acadia back. Many people were friendly, three things cost me extra time, 1)part be in by Wednesday, did not come in, 2)only take 2 hours to repair, 3)could not fix on the first day.

They didn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle. But I am still getting the service instrument panel on my display. I really appreciated them going ahead and doing my oil change and tire rotation while my car was there.

I brought the car in for an oil change. The service was excellent, and the oil change was completed in a short time, and the car was out front ready to go.

Came in to have my Enclave serviced. As usual the service writer was courteous and efficient. The work was performed as agreed and I was on my way. I have always been pleased with their service department.
