Easy to make appts, friendly staff, prompt service

Very friendly reception and were able to give a ride to work with no delays.

Had a tire leaking air, called to get it in and Todd M said he could get me in immediately. Ran it over and had a hole in sidewall. They had a tire in stock and was changed and I was out the door in less than an hour!

We have always been pleased with the service department. The customer service is excellent. Their prices are very reasonable. We compared them to our mechanic we had used for a very long time and Donovan came in at a better price and was able to get us in very quickly.

Best not to take a Buick to an independent auto repair shop as we did. Donavans is certified and do excellent work. After trying an independent auto repair shop, which could not detect the problem, we went to Donavans, worked us right in and solved our problem. We wasted a lot of time and money not going to Donavans in the first place. THANK YOU Donavans service department!
